The ACEIT software and documentation is provided to you for demonstration/evaluation purposes only, expiring 60 days from date of shipment.  On that date you must destroy it or return it to Tecolote Research, Inc., who has a registered copyright.

The U.S. Government and Tecolote Research, Inc., make no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to this software, data, or documentation, including its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.  Because the software is inherently complex and may not be completely free of errors, all users are advised to verify all work prepared using the software.  In no event will the U.S. Government or Tecolote Research, Inc., be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, data, or documentation.

The Government's ACEIT Program Office (ESC/FMC) controls the configuration of this software. The compiled executable code and data are provided for installation on your computer. You shall not change, modify, or copy the ACEIT code (except for archival purposes, to replace a defective copy, or to install on another computer within your immediate organization). You will not release it to anyone other than those immediately within your organization.  If there is any question as to the express permission implied within this agreement, you will contact ESC/FMC, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731‑2117, in writing for clarification.
