-If you notify us more than 15 business days before a class begins that you cannot attend, you will not owe the registration fee. If you have paid for the class, we will refund 100% of your tuition.

-If you cancel your registration less than 15 business days before a class begins, you will owe the full registration fee. If you have paid for the class, we will not refund your tuition.

-If you notify us more than 15 business days before a class begins that you cannot attend, you can transfer to another class with no penalty.

-If you notify us and provide a substitute student to fill your seat,
your substitute can use your tuition payment with no penalty.

-If you have a cough, difficulty breathing or a fever, please do not come to the class. Notify ACEIT training [email protected] or (805) 964-6963 ext. 2571 and we will gladly help you enroll in a future class.

-All students are required to wear face masks for the duration of the class except while eating during lunch. Your instructors will be wearing a face mask as well.

-Knowlogy will be doing a contactless temperature check of each person entering the building (no data is recorded). If you have a temperature of 100.4◦F or above you will not be permitted into the class but we will gladly reschedule a future class for you without penalty.

-We ask that if you do test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of attending the class that you please notify us so that we may inform other students of the exposure.
