2010 ACEIT User Workshop-A once a year opportunity to interact with active users, casual users, decision makers, academia, and ACEIT community members to share their expertise, experience and insights. The focus of 2010 was recommended by last year’s attendees: demonstrate “how to” exploit the power of ACEIT—highlighting its efficient operation, open architecture, and broad application.

 

Keynote Speaker

We are excited to have Mr. Wilmot N. (Dub) Summerall, III, Executive Director for Combatants (within PEO Ships) as the Keynote Speaker. As a member of the Senior Executive Service, Mr. Summerall provides leadership to more than $46 billion in complex, new construction shipbuilding programs that will define the 21st century surface combatant fleet.

This year’s workshop will feature ACEIT 7.2 highlights (due out late 2009)! New features include: tabbed workscreens, improvements to: traceback navigation, session analyzer, risk dollar phasing, new POST reports, and many ACE, CO$TAT and POST stability and usability improvements!

Workshop attendees include cost professionals looking to learn about the latest features and techniques to model, analyze, and report cost estimates using ACEIT. Managers, analysts and engineering professionals tasked with building, reviewing or using information provided by ACEIT models attend to learn the most current and relevant information.
