Q. What types of ACEIT product Training classes are
available?
A. We currently have two 4 day courses (ACEIT 101 and ACEIT
201) and two 2-day courses (ACEIT 101a and RISK 102). In addition,
we can provide specialized onsite ACEIT courses tailored to the time and needs of the
customer and mechanics training to assist you in specific implementation issues
regarding ACEIT.

Q. How often are ACEIT product Training classes
scheduled?
A. We regularly schedule open ACEIT training courses at our
Washington, DC, Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA and Houston, TX training facilities. Our ACEIT 101 course
is offered approximately every month, alternating between East and West Coast. Our ACEIT 201,
RI$K 102 and ACEIT 101a courses are offered quarterly on both coasts. All other courses
are scheduled intermittently through the year. Check the Training Schedule for currently scheduled classes and the

Q. What is the cost of a training class?
A. Our 4-Day courses are priced at $2,100 per student, our
2-day courses are priced at $1,100 per student.

Q. Are there any discounts for ACEIT training?
A. All open ACEIT classes are a standard fee, and there
are no discounts, but sites hosting an ACEIT class at their location can obtain
classes at a reduced per-student cost.

Q. Can I get on-site training at my facility?
A. Yes, we can conduct an on-site training class at your
facility. The costs are typically lower than sending your students to an open
class. Please contact our ACEIT Administrator at

Q. How long are the classes?
A. All classes start at 8:30 AM and run until 4:30 PM each
day, unless otherwise indicated. Students traveling on the last day of class
should make evening rather than afternoon travel arrangements.

Q. What is the class dress code?
A. Our classes are held indoors and the dress is casual.
Please wear something comfortable as you will be seated and in front of the
computer during classtime. If you are traveling to our training facility you
should check area weather and pack accordingly.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you notify us more than 10 working days before a class begins that you cannot attend, you will not owe the registration fee. If you have paid for the class, we will refund 100% of your tuition. If you cancel your registration less than 10 working days before a class begins, you will owe the full registration fee. If you have paid for the class, we will not refund your tuition. If you notify us more than 10 working days before a class begins that you cannot attend, you can transfer to another class with no penalty. If you notify us and provide a substitute student to fill your seat, your substitute can use your tuition payment with no penalty.

Q. What is Mechanics Training?
A. Mechanics training is a specialized offering targeted
to help customers solve their specific ACEIT implementation issues.
Mechanics training
is offered in blocks of 40 hours at a cost of US$5,500 per block. These blocks
can be provided on-site or remote, if on-site additional charges will be
included to cover travel expenses. The hours for each block are available for
90 calendar days at which time the hours expire. Mechanics training is the most
effective way for users to get a quick start in using ACEIT.

Q. Will I earn CEU credits for taking an ACEIT training course?
A. Yes, ACEIT training courses qualify for Society of Cost
Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) CEU credits. You will receive 3 CEU credits for a
4-day course and 1 CEU for a 2-day course. You can also earn 1 CEU for attending
the annual ACEIT User Workshop. At the time of
training you will be issued a certificate of completion, and a copy of the course description containing the number of CEU credits earned.
