With CO$TAT users can rapidly move through the analysis process to develop estimating relationships to quickly including the analysis directly into their cost estimate.

CO$TAT is an easy-to-use tool hosted in the familiar MS Excel application. Datasets can be quickly created in an Excel spreadsheet and all statistical analysis features are easily accessed via an intuitive GUI. The following are key features that are provided by CO$TAT.

  • Dataset creation
  • Univariate analysis
  • Multi-variate analysis
  • Scatter plots
  • Pairwise correlation reports
  • Linear regression
  • Log-Linear regression
  • Non-Linear regression
  • Learning curve analysis
  • Spend profile analysis
  • Prediction interval generation
